Cancelations / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are custom-built, are ordered to your specification, or that have been clearly personalised. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with Common Rider and notify us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Common Rider reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation though use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.
In-store Purchases
Contracts relating to all in-store (on-premises) purchases are final. Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable. Returns or cancellations can only be accepted for goods deemed not of satisfactory quality, or that they do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Consumer Rights Act. All goods should be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to leaving the premises. Any goods having left the premises are deemed as accepted by the customer.

The adjustable angle of the stem lets you choose between a sportier or more upright seating position. The Nyon display ensures that you are fully connected and ideally equipped with navigation for every tour or day-to-day ride. The colour display, with its intuitive touch function, is very simple to use and, thanks to being robust and easy-to-read, is guaranteed to get you to your destination in any weather. The user interface can be customised to your needs.

First-class Schwalbe Johnny Watts all-terrain tires (26": Schwalbe Smart Sam Plus). Their flat tire studs in the middle of the running surface have extremely low rolling resistance for faster riding on straight sections. The solid tire studs on the shoulders of the tire guarantee exceptional grip, particularly when cornering.

LOCK
Additional chain lock with bag
The sturdy Abus chain lock, in addition to the Abus Shield frame lock, provides twice the security for your E-Bike.The 130 cm long chain is latched onto the frame lock and you can quickly lock your bike to the nearest lamppost or lock it together with up to three other bikes. The chain thickness of 6mm ensures a high level of anti-theft protection. Especially practical: frame lock, chain lock and battery lock all use the same key. The bag is firmly attached to the saddle and allows quick and easy removal of the chain lock thanks to its ergonomic shape and Fidlock magnetic closure.
