Cancelations / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are custom-built, are ordered to your specification, or that have been clearly personalised. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with Common Rider and notify us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Common Rider reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation though use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.
In-store Purchases
Contracts relating to all in-store (on-premises) purchases are final. Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable. Returns or cancellations can only be accepted for goods deemed not of satisfactory quality, or that they do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Consumer Rights Act. All goods should be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to leaving the premises. Any goods having left the premises are deemed as accepted by the customer.

The Multitinker is the ideal car replacement in the city: transport two children, a large weekly shop or goods of all kinds safely and effortlessly to your destination with the urban E-Bike. The low centre of gravity ensures stable riding behaviour, while the compact length saves space. And you won’t have to leave anything behind, thanks to ingenious details, such as its 20-inch wheels, integrated frame bag and interface for attaching a trailer.

You can safely carry up to two children or a larger passenger on the back of the Multitinker: anyone aged 8 years or older and weighing no more than 70kg can be carried on the passenger kit with its foam seat, handles, and footrests. The safety bar kit is suitable for up to two children aged 1 to 7: it will carry a maximum of 50kg and up to two child seats (DIN EN 14344). And your passengers will be well protected in all weather, thanks to the optional weather protection for the safety bar kit. (Please observe national regulations for the transport of children on bikes before using.)

Regardless of whether you need to transport the weekly shop or other goods – the Multitinker effortlessly carries the load on its rear, thanks to its powerful Bosch Performance Line Cargo motor with 625Wh battery. The front luggage carrier provides additional space; and we’ve invented the frame bag for smaller items. Sideloaders are available if you need more space – holding max. 20kg on each side – and there is also an interface for the attachment of a trailer coupling. The Multitinker is as compact as a normal E-Bike and, thanks to its low centre of gravity, is incredibly easy to ride even fully loaded up.

The large light cone of the dipped beam of the powerful headlight ensures that you are seen in traffic, while the superior lighting offered by the main beam always lights up the path ahead of you out of town or riding through the forest. And if you need to stop quickly, the Magura disc brakes pack quite a punch.

The angle- and height-adjustable stem and easy-to-adjust seatpost let you set the seat position of the Multitinker to different body heights from 1.50 m to 2.00 m in the blink of an eye. This makes it the perfect everyday bike for the whole family, your household or a group of friends.

The Kiox 300 display is perfect for sporty riders: it displays more than just fitness data, helping riders to optimise their training. It is even possible to pair it with heart rate monitors via Bluetooth. Map-free navigation (only in conjunction with a smartphone) completes the features of the Kiox 300. It can be intuitively operated using the LED Remote on the handlebars.
