Cancelations / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are custom-built, are ordered to your specification, or that have been clearly personalised. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with Common Rider and notify us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Common Rider reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation though use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.
In-store Purchases
Contracts relating to all in-store (on-premises) purchases are final. Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable. Returns or cancellations can only be accepted for goods deemed not of satisfactory quality, or that they do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Consumer Rights Act. All goods should be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to leaving the premises. Any goods having left the premises are deemed as accepted by the customer.

Tyres and pedals may show minor signs of wear, but the condition is otherwise ‘as-new’. Customer statutory rights and warranty are unaffected by the ex-demo status of the eBike.

The perfect option for anyone wanting to ride in greater comfort: the classically curved handlebars and wider saddle enable you to sit comfortably in an upright position.

EQUIPMENT OPTION
GX option
First-class Schwalbe all-terrain tires. Their flat tire studs in the middle of the running surface have extremely low rolling resistance for faster riding on straight sections. The solid tire studs on the shoulders of the tire guarantee exceptional grip, particularly when cornering.

FRONT CARRIER

Please note that front carriers and fixtures are included with boxed deliveries, but will not be installed. The width of the rack exceeds the width of a conventional bike box. Racks will be fitted to all fully-assembled deliveries to Hampshire and neighbouring counties (excluding the Isle of Wight).
