Cancelations / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are custom-built, are ordered to your specification, or that have been clearly personalised. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with Common Rider and notify us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Common Rider reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation though use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.
In-store Purchases
Contracts relating to all in-store (on-premises) purchases are final. Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable. Returns or cancellations can only be accepted for goods deemed not of satisfactory quality, or that they do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Consumer Rights Act. All goods should be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to leaving the premises. Any goods having left the premises are deemed as accepted by the customer.

AXA Fold Ultra: Fold, Click and Go

The Fold Ultra folding lock has flexible joints and is 90 cm in length meaning that it is easy to attach your bicycle to a fence or pole.

The lock is made of hardened steel and is resistant to attacks such as cutting and pulling. The soft casing of the links ensures that the bike will not be scratched. The lock is fitted with a dust cover that protects the cylinder from moisture and dirt. This really helps with the durability of the lock.

The folding lock comes with the new designed click bracket. With one push of a button, the bracket opens and the lock can be taken out. When you put the lock back in the bracket, just close the clips and the lock is securely stored. The bracket can be mounted on to the bottle cage bosses. Alternatively it can be attached to the frame with the two strips supplied. AXA have created an anti rattle mechanism so that you don't have a rattling noise while cycling.

For misplaced keys use the international online key service -order your key at axabikesecurity.com and your replacement key will be delivered within a few days. You will need to take note of your key number.
